Find the right door

Do: Target owner-run contractors that live and die on the phone — kitchen & bath, roofing, HVAC, plumbing. Walk in, call, or work referrals. You're looking for the owner.

Do: Pull up the website on your iPad and run all three, in order — this is the close:
